Shaikh; 25 Seminole Avenue, transferred from Jaroslava Boban to Jaroslava Boban and David Boban as trustees; 261 Weston Street, transferred between trusts with Elisa L. Terrasi listed as trustee on both sides; and 16 Winter Street Unit 24A, transferred from Elizabeth S. Ridley to Elizabeth S. Ridley and Paul Kirshen. None of those six family-pattern transfers disclosed a sale price.
