Of those, eight have a recorded price, ranging from $610,000 to $1,310,000 with a median of $907,000; the other seven, several involving family or trust transfers, have no price yet on file. The month's top sale was a condominium at 61 Hall St., Unit 304, which sold for $1,310,000 on Sept. 15. Three of the eight priced sales were condo units, two of them among the three highest-priced transactions.
