Waltham sees $950K jump between month's two priciest sales, but most September deeds carry no price tag yet

Thirteen properties changed hands in Waltham between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only five carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $300,000 to $1,250,000 with a median of $722,000.

Thirteen properties changed hands in Waltham between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only five carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $300,000 to $1,250,000 with a median of $722,000. The month's top sale was a condominium at 28 Howard St, Unit 2, which sold for $1,250,000 to trustees Kenneth Kwame Graves and Nicole Joanne Santiago. Eight of the 13 recorded deeds involved property moving into a trust held by the same owner, rather than a sale to a new buyer, and none of those carried a price yet. With most of the period's filings reflecting trust transfers rather than open-market sales, the data offers limited insight into broader buyer or seller conditions this month.
