Nine of September's 17 Waltham deeds carry a sale price so far, with the top sale a $1.31 million condo purchase
Waltham recorded 17 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with a sale price attached to nine so far. Priced sales ranged from $150,000 to $1,310,000, with a median of $750,000. The period's top sale was a $1.31 million condo at 61 Hall St Unit 304. At least eight of the 17 recorded deeds appear to transfer property within the same family, such as to a trust bearing the sellers' own names, and none of those have a price on record yet. With more than half the month's transfers still lacking price data, a fuller read on September's market will depend on figures still making their way into the registry.
