Eight sales had a price recorded, ranging from $349,000 to $888,000, with a median of $715,000; no sale reached $1 million. The top transaction was 66 Ash St. at $888,000, sold by the Ash Street Realty Trust to Jan Michael and Amanda Margaret Schulte. Five transfers, including two on Clocktower Drive, carried no price recorded yet and moved property into family or personal revocable trusts rather than to outside buyers. Seven of the 13 sales involved condominium units, reflecting a mixed housing stock in this month's recorded transactions.
