Waltham home sales cluster in $500,000-$900,000 band, no million-dollar deals recorded
Thirteen Waltham properties changed hands from Aug. 7 through Sept. 5, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Eight sales disclosed a price, ranging from $349,000 to $888,000, with a median of $715,000; no sale reached $1 million. The top transaction was 66 Ash St. at $888,000, sold by the Ash Street Realty Trust to Jan Michael and Amanda Margaret Schulte. Five transfers, including two on Clocktower Drive, carried no disclosed price and moved property into family or personal revocable trusts rather than to outside buyers. Seven of the 13 sales involved condominium units, reflecting a mixed housing stock in this month's recorded transactions.
