WALTHAM — Zoning Board continued a 315-unit comprehensive permit hearing to February 10 on outstanding issues. Chair John Sergi and members Mark A. Hickernell, Matthew Deveaux, and Stephen Taranto voted unanimously to continue the case.
The development at 455 Totten Pond Road would include 79 deed-restricted affordable units for households at 80 percent of area median income. Sergi noted missing sewer and water infrastructure data from the applicant and flagged Fire Department concerns, affordability questions, and pedestrian safety issues requiring further discussion.
