Waltham Conservation Commission approves three Notice of Intent applications for stream restoration and site redevelopment. Chair Bill Doyle, Vice Chair Lisa Limonciello, and members Gerard Dufromont and Michael Donovan voted unanimously 4-0 on three positive orders of conditions: a Totten Pond Road redevelopment requiring adherence to an operation and maintenance plan; a Hardy Pond weir rebuild with fish ladder and sediment removal; and a Chester Brook culvert relining beneath Beaver Street roadway. City Engineer Robert Winn confirmed both city projects will begin in summer 2026.
The commission also approved the Tree Removal Administrative Approval policy unanimously.
