Public Works Committee tables street opening and private-way petitions
Public Works Committee · Meeting of June 1, 2026
WALTHAM — Public Works Committee tables street opening and private-way petitions. The board, chaired by Councillor Dunn with Councillors Katz, King, LaFauci, and Tzioumis present, deferred action on all pending street opening and private-to-public conversion matters pending a briefing from Assistant Solicitor Learned. Councillor Katz moved to table the items collectively by voice vote.
The action delays a water and sewer hookup petition filed by property owner Joe Dragone for a new 3,500 square foot residence at 108 Greer Street, which would require a 37-foot street patch.
