Waltham Parks-Recreation Board re-elects leadership and approves annual schedule. Jerry Walker was unanimously elected Chairperson and John Graceffa as Vice Chairperson at the March 4 meeting. Assistant Director Ed Kelley II reported all budget accounts in good standing despite ongoing capital project pauses due to weather.
The board approved the 2026-2027 meeting schedule and heard updates on spring facility openings: artificial turf fields March 29, Prospect Hill Park vehicle access and pavilion rentals April 1. Spring-summer program registration opens online March 17 at noon.
