WALTHAM — Ordinances & Rules Committee approves three one-year special permit extensions. President Logan and the full committee voted unanimously by voice vote to grant extensions for permits at 1432 Main Street, 850-940 Winter Street, and 460 Totte Pond Road, allowing petitioners time to pull building permits. The committee tabled three RCI Zoning Amendment matters after approving a request for an independent review by Community Scale LLC of the proposed RCI 1, 2, 3 Overlay Zoning Districts, with planning consultant timeline due by June 26, 2026.
