Waltham's Ordinances & Rules Committee approved an application from TTGROUP WALLEX, INC at 864 Lexington Street, accepting internal changes and signage modifications per Law Department guidance. All five committee members attended. Councillors Logan, Dunn, Harris, Hanley, and McLaughlin voted unanimously across all motions.
President Logan requested a Law Department update on the Flock Camera Resolution ordinance by February 26 for the March 2 meeting. The Kennel Resolution was renamed the Dog Grooming Resolution with amendments due March 2. The MIRROD 3 zoning amendment was discussed with the Superintendent; the MAPC parking matter was resolved by directing the City Solicitor to implement option 1, with parking issues reserved for future zoning review.
