The committee voted by voice to approve the Handicap Resolution and the Best Practices for Intensity of Uses Resolution, and filed the Solar Energy Resolution. Multiple items including the 220 Moody Street special permit application, the RCI One Zoning Amendment, the Electric Grid Capacity Ordinance, and Council Rule amendments were tabled to allow for further departmental review, legal analysis, and drafting work.
