Waltham Ordinances & Rules Committee approved a change to Council Rule 77 governing budget request timing on February 17. Councillor Logan moved approval of the rule change, which passed by voice vote and was forwarded to the full Council with a recommendation for approval. The committee also tabled three Mixed-Income Residential and Office Development (MIRROD) projects after presentations by BPX developer Kier Evans and 1265 Main St LLC's Rick Vallarelli, and voted by voice vote to request both a dedicated planner and tax implication analysis for all three MIRRODs.
