Waltham Ordinances & Rules Committee advances pet grooming ordinance to public hearing stage. The five-member committee voted unanimously to adopt the Pet Grooming Ordinance Amendment language and directed the Law Department to draft advertising language and the Clerk to schedule a joint public hearing with the Board of Survey and Planning. Four other matters—including the Handicap Resolution, MIRROD One Zoning Amendment, Flock Camera Resolution, Inclusionary Zoning, and the 220 Moody Street special permit application—were tabled pending additional information from the Assessor, Traffic Engineer, Building Inspector, and the project petitioner.
