Waltham Ordinances Committee votes to forward compensation amendments while tabling three development applications. The Ordinances and Rules Committee voted to send four compensation amendments and a Department of Public Works ordinance amendment to the full city council for first reading. The committee heard presentations on three zoning applications before tabling each: a special permit for MICOL LLC at 220 Moody Street, a Ferris Development proposal for 175 apartments with underground parking at 1432 Main Street, and a zoning amendment at 181-185 Felton Street.

Attorney Phil McCourt represented the MICOL petitioner in discussions on traffic, parking, and site reconfiguration details.
