WALTHAM — Ordinances Committee recesses MICOL special permit hearing to August 3. The committee took the MICOL LLC special permit application at 220 Moody Street off the table and then tabled it again while the Law Department awaits the mayor's response on an easement and input on parking from the June traffic meeting. A second matter, a zoning amendment for 495 Lincoln Street from property owners Rick Pizzi and Anthony Cardillo, was also tabled pending Law Department review of an attorney's response; the property owners seek to divide the 1.3-acre lot into seven parcels including three two-family residences and one single-family home.
