WALTHAM — Long Term Debt Committee authorizes $940,000 for Howe Building pool design services. Recreational Director Kim Hebert presented plans for a six-lane pool to serve Waltham High School and the public, approved unanimously on a voice vote. Councillor Hanley questioned the budget and future staffing needs; Hebert acknowledged the city has no annual cost projections for its first municipal pool.
