WALTHAM — Licenses and Franchises Committee unanimously elects Councillor Carlos Vidal as chair for 2026. All four present members, Councillors Brasco, Tzioumis, Logan, and Vidal, voted for him; Councillor Katz was absent. The committee approved a Class 2 license renewal for Waltham Auto Tow Inc. at 279R Crescent Street and filed a private way license application from Eversource for Seyon Street that had remained pending without action.
