WALTHAM — Licenses & Franchises Committee approves renewals for three secondhand dealers and a restaurant permit. Chair Vidal and Councillors Brasco, Katz, Logan, and Tzioumis unanimously endorsed secondhand dealers licenses for Milano Gold at 487 Moody Street, Reclaim/ReChic at 709 Main Street, and L&V Collection Jewelry LLC at 139 Moody Street Unit 1, all by voice vote. The committee also approved a Tables & Chairs on Sidewalks permit for Vinotta Restaurant at 361 Moody Street, with Alex Beilucci, son of the owner, speaking in support before the vote passed.
