Waltham Licenses & Franchises Committee approves Eversource utility grant and secondhand dealer renewal. The committee unanimously approved a grant of location for Eversource at 195 Bear Hill Road for underground service supporting an Extra Space expansion, with sidewalk work only; Councillor Brasco moved approval. The Tool Shed's secondhand dealer renewal at 471 Main Street passed by voice vote.
The committee tabled a lodging house renewal for AMG Beech Road LLC at 194 Adams Street and tabled a proposal to rename Northeast Elementary after educator Daddona, with Councillor Logan requesting the School Committee be consulted for input before proceeding.
