Waltham Conservation Commission approves stormwater system at 153 Second Ave. The commission issued a Positive 2B / Negative 3 determination allowing installation of an underground stormwater management system with a condition that the operations and maintenance plan be recorded at the registry of deeds. Applicant Aaron Hall's project, represented by Molly Obendorf of Bohler Engineering, involves work within the wetland buffer zone with no increase in impervious coverage.
The determination followed resolution of concerns from the Cambridge Water Department, which oversees the site as Zone A to Hobbs Brook Reservoir. Five commissioners present voted unanimously to approve the project.
