WALTHAM — Conservation Commission approves riverfront home and permits. The Waltham Conservation Commission issued Orders of Conditions and Certificates of Compliance for multiple environmental projects at its June 18 meeting. Chair Bill Doyle's board approved a new single-family home at 339 Bacon Street in the riverfront zone, with agent Julia Abbott noting erosion controls and confirming the site is not in a floodplain.

Projects advanced at 32 Riverview Ave and along Trapelo Road. One stormwater system request was continued to July 16 pending Cambridge Water Department consultation on water quality recharge. Officers were reaffirmed with Doyle remaining Chair.
