WALTHAM — Conservation Commission approves conditions for Watch Factory Phase 4 residential development. Chair Bill Doyle and the four-member quorum unanimously issued an order of conditions for Watch City Ventures LLC's 241 Crescent Street project, which will add approximately 140 residential units, parking, and amenities as part of the historic Watch Factory redevelopment. The commission required the applicant to notify the commission and potentially reappear if the city Engineering Department mandates significant changes to the project.
A second hearing for a Bentley University sidewalk project at 400 Beaver Street was continued to March 26.
