WALTHAM -- Biotechnology company BPGbio has completed its relocation to a new 70,000-square-foot office at 300 Third Ave. in Waltham, with commercial real estate firm Cresa overseeing the transaction, according to a report from the New England Real Estate Journal.
TOWN HALL Cresa's Transaction Management and Project & Development Services teams managed BPGbio's move into the Third Avenue space, the real estate trade journal reported. The relocation adds a sizable biotechnology tenant to Waltham's Third Avenue office corridor.
