BPGbio Completes Move Into New 70,000-Square-Foot Waltham Office

WALTHAM — Biotechnology company BPGbio has completed its relocation to a new 70,000-square-foot office at 300 Third Ave. in Waltham, with commercial real estate firm Cresa overseeing the transaction, according to a report from the New England Real Estate Journal.

TOWN HALL Cresa's Transaction Management and Project & Development Services teams managed BPGbio's move into the Third Avenue space, the real estate trade journal reported. The relocation adds a sizable biotechnology tenant to Waltham's Third Avenue office corridor.

COMMUNITY & ARTS A pre-sunset yoga fundraiser is planned by Hardy Pond on Monday, July 27, at 7 p.m., hosted at WLT Lakeview Preserve, 153 Lakeview Ave., according to a Patch event listing.
