Board Defers Zoning Petitions to February

Waltham Board of Survey and Planning defers zoning matters to its February meeting. Chairman William Creonte presided over a brief six-minute meeting at which the board continued a special permit petition for driveway openings at 962 Main Street and deferred consideration of submitting three proposed zoning districts to the state for Housing Choice district eligibility determination. The board had consulted the law department on how to proceed with the state submission.
Both matters will be reviewed at the February meeting.
